BCI Committees
There are ongoing opportunities to become a member of one the BCI Sub-Committees, or to present information to the Steering Committee or a Subcommittee. The currently active committees are:
- The Steering Committee, which includes representatives from all the partners and makes consensus-based decisions to guide the Initiative. The various subcommittees provide information to this decision-making committee, which meets bi-monthly.
- The Integrated Stormwater Management Plan Subcommittee, which is overseeing the creation of a detailed plan that addresses many of the goals in the Bowker Creek Watershed Management Plan.
- The Outreach Subcommittee, which focuses on raising awareness in support of the goals in the Watershed Management Plan. This group plans fun events and is overseeing the Bowker video project. The Outreach Subcommittee is always welcoming new members.
